We are a community-based, non-profit organization focused on helping make good decisions about the economic development of the Forest Township area in beautiful central Minnesota.

Get Involved

If you meet the residency requirements and agree with our mission, you may apply for membership. If you want to support our mission, but do not meet the residency requirements, you may become a supporter of FEDA.

Our Mission

FEDA is organized to promote social welfare by advocating for the safe, responsible, and sustainable economic development of Forest Township and surrounding areas on behalf of local residents which includes but is not limited to: (1) developing and advocating for legislation, regulations, and government programs to improve the environment, protect natural resources, and stimulate the economy and (2) conducting research and publicizing the positions of elected officials concerning these issues.
